1991 - Unilever acquires Dickie Dee Ice Cream
1993 - Unilever acquires Popsicle Industries
1994 - Unilever purchases Beatrice's ice cream/novelty production plant in Ontario
1995 - Unilever acquires Natrel's ice cream/novelty production plant in Quebec
1995 - Unilever merged the above businesses to form Good Humor-Breyers
1995 - Good Humor-Breyers moved it's British Columbia operations to Burnaby, BC - increasing freezer capacity from 35 to 180 pallet spaces
1995 - The first grocery sales of Breyers All Natural Ice Cream in British Columbia were recorded to Buy-Low Foods and IGA locations
1996 - The Popsicle brand line of products added to Good Humor-Breyers' ice cream offerings
1996 - The first Good Humor-Breyers Management Team Meeting was held in Toronto, ON
1997 - Nestle purchases Dairyland; holding Haagen-Daaz, Drumstick and Dairyland licenses making them a major Canadian competitor
1998 - Good Humor-Breyers moved it's British Columbia operations to Summit Logistics warehouse in New Westminster, BC
1999 - John Coughlan hired as District Manager for British Columbia by Good Humor-Breyers
1999 - Good Humor-Breyers moves it's BC operations to Annacis Island in Delta, BC
2000 - Major new accounts and sales growth achieved through customer acquisitions, like: UBC, BCIT, Coquitlam School District, the PNE and Hastings Park Raceway.
2001 - 7-Eleven stores added to Good Humor-Breyers' customer base
2001 - Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba change frozen goods from Parlamat products to Good Humor-Breyers
2002 - TransCold Distribution Ltd. formed by John Coughlan - becoming the Master Distributor of frozen goods for Unilever in Western Canada
2002 - Ben & Jerry's product line re-introduced by Unilever
2007 - TransCold Distribution Ltd. expands into the United States forming TransCold Distribution (USA) Inc.
2007 - TransCold Distribution (USA) Inc. establishes multiple locations in Washington State and Oregon
2007 - H&P Industries of Southern Alberta acquired by TransCold Distribution Inc. - growing the logistical network throughout Western Canada
2010 - TransCold Distribution Ltd. acquires Bendick's Ice Cream Factory of Vancouver, BC - a manufacturer of premium old fashioned ice cream
2011 - Magnum ice cream bars added to the Unilever line of frozen goods
